Mojang Vs Bethesda Going to Court

Remember how Mincraft developer, Mojang, was sued by Bethesda over the use of the word "Scrolls"? Well it looks like it's heading to court, announced by a tweet from Markus Persson.

As Gamasutra reports, this was later confirmed by Daniel Kaplan, Mojang's business developer "Yeah, we got a notice from Swedish court".

Aparrently, Bethesda are using youtube comments as part of their evidence along with trailers in which both games share, wait for it....mountains, as well as the game's description.

This is getting really stupid now, Bethesda's actions are going beyond common sense and just into Tim Langdell style trolling. Everyone can see that this is just completely stupid of Bethesda to do. No one can honestly say they are confused by Scrolls and Skyrim, hell I don't know anyone who's referring to Skyrim as "Elder Scrolls". It's obvious that there isn't a misconception anywhere. The problem is that it seems no one at Bethesda has seen sense to stop this. It started out as a law firm representing Bethesda on "auto-pilot" but at this point, there has to be someone high up that can stop this happening and they're not. It probably won't go to trial but if it did, it will be hilarious to see the result.
